Following the launch of RV Indochine, Rivages du Monde makes available a new vessel of a high quality fleet that sails on the Mekong River between Saigon and Siem Reap. Property of the Indochina Sails, The RV LA MARGUERITE was built in the shipyard of An Phu in Saigon .
The RV LA MARGUERITE is a modern boat, offering optimal comfort, with interiors combining subtle French refinement with local materials and furniture, so as to recreate the atmosphere of the colonial era.
The RV LA MARGUERITE has a panoramic restaurant of 196 sq.m. a bar and a lounge. The Sun Deck, with a total area of 275 sq.m., is equipped with deckchairs and a Jacuzzi, a spa, Fitness and a library.
The cabins, large and comfortable, are spread over four Decks and are all outside. At the Navigation Deck, the 8 cabins have a porthole and an area of 19.7 sq.m..
The 16 cabins of the Main Deck and 14 cabins of the Upper Deck have all a surface area of 19.7 sq.m. and are equipped with a window and a balcony.
The Sun Deck has 6 Junior Suites with an area of 26.4 sq.m. with large window and balcony, and 2 Deluxe Suites of 41.2 sq.m. with balcony and private terrace. All cabins are air conditioned and equipped with a wardrobe, a desk, a sofa, mini bar, safe, hair dryer, television set and telephone (internal).
At the Navigation, Main and Upper decks, cabins are equipped with two twin beds which are movable, and have a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a sink.
The Sun deck Junior Suites are equipped with a king size bed, a large sofa and a bathroom with tub and separate shower. The Deluxe Suites include a king size bed, a sofa and a bathroom with Jacuzzi and separate shower. They have a private balcony.
The maximum capacity of RV LA MARGUERITE is 92 passengers and 38 crew members.
Meals: The restaurant, located on the main deck, is roomy wide and decorated with large panoramic windows. His size allows a single service accommodation. The « Table » is refined, the service is very attentive. The cuisine is diversified and international.
Relaxing on board: There are several relaxing areas on board: The Main Lounge and the bar are located on the Upper deck over a space of 230 sq.m.. The Sun deck is equipped with deckchairs. On this same Deck, you can enjoy the Spa and the Fitness Room.
Entertaining & culturel programm: Several Tours are scheduled throughout the 8 days cruise: visits of pagodas, markets, villages and many other cultural sites. During these stops, locals English speaking guides will enhance your knowledge, to explore the local people, their customs and culture, or simply meet your curiosity. Dressing code: We recommend for daylight time summer clothes and something more formal at night time.
